You must have already searched for the right answer on the net about how to deal with anger the right way without hurting anyone. Well, you must have got many answers too. Know that dealing with anger is not a one day work. You can read many things about anger management but till you do not work on yourself, anger will be there always as a pool of energy waiting for the appropriate situation for it to emerge.

Your emotions too are a pool of energy which have both positive and negative energy (positive and negative emotions).
Pool Of Energy
That pool of energy is at the bottom in stillness always. Whenever a single thought is present whether negative or positive, this pool of energy starts moving slowly.
So, a single negative thought makes that pool of energy to move. At first, it starts moving slowly with lesser intensity. As soon as another negative thought arises, the intensity of that pool of energy increases. It is these negative thoughts that are giving strength to the negative emotions. Know that one single negative thought will attract a sequence of negative thoughts and thus, the more negative thoughts are there present, the intensity of that pool of energy will continue increasing more and more.
Here, the slow movement turns into the spinning mode with the increase in intensity. When the intensity is at its highest level due to more negative thoughts, then the spinning too comes to its highest mode. It is here that it starts emerging from down to top, from inner to outer. You start feeling that anger is becoming more intense and you are then ready to do anything, obviously negative actions.
You are out of control. You will shout and become violent too. The volcano has erupted and now it is sure that you are going to do something wrong. So, as you can see, it is a process but you have the ability to stop it from coming out. You are stronger than anger thus, it can never master you unless you create weakness in you.
How To Deal With Anger The Right Way Without Hurting Anyone?
As anger is a process, so how to deal with anger the right way without hurting anyone too is a process. If you really want to overcome it, then you will surely be successful too. First, you must be eager to work on yourself and dissolve all the negative things in you. Bring purity in you and for that Awareness is very important. If you are not aware of whatever you do, then everything you will do will bring you to failures and sufferings.So, take this decision now that you have to overcome anger and you won’t quit till you have been able to do it. Nothing is impossible for you.
It is not that difficult. It needs only your devotion, determination, patience and regular practice. I am going to give you a technique now that you can practice regularly any time. It is a very simple technique but very effective as it will help you in how to deal with anger.
Sit comfortably on a sofa with closed eyes.
Focus totally on where emotions emerge, near your heart in the middle.
At times, you won’t feel anything there but still you keep focussing.
Do this as long as you can.
You can do it with closed eyes at first and in the sitting position then after that you can do it any time and anywhere with opened eyes. Only your focus is most important. You have to stick to it only. Don’t let any thought come in between. At first, you will find it difficult but with regular practice you will be able to do it.
What You Must Do When Anger Is Present
Now, I will give you another technique about how to deal with anger that you must practice whenever anger emerges. As I mentioned above, anger is a process and to overcome it you have to be aware when anger is starting. It’s very easy, you will feel it starting. Don’t let the spinning happen. You have to stop it at the beginning itself.
So, practice this technique as it is the best one to deal with anger:
When the feeling of anger has started, just close your eyes.
Focus on it and observe it.
This must be done without any thought. Your mind must be empty. Know that when you focus totally, then only that thing is present and nothing else.
When you will focus at the starting point of anger, you are at the same time not attracting any other negative thought. This means only that one negative thought has triggered anger and you are not going to let any other negative thought to come in. This is why focussing with totality is very important.
Once your focus is total, your mind will be empty and the root of anger will be cut out. That anger will not get more intensity to emerge. It won’t spin also to come at the top. Here, the root itself is cut off and anger will dissolve.
By doing this technique whenever anger appears, you will be dissolving it till there is none. This means that that pool of energy will be pure. No negative emotions too will be there. This is an All-In-One technique to dissolve negative emotions. You will find a great inner transformation in you after regular practice.
The best part of it is that you will not feel angry whatever happens. You will just accept everything as it is. Whatever has to happen will happen, so why worry about that. If you cut all the roots of negative emotions which are negative thoughts, then you will be filled with pure energy. Your life will be more peaceful and blissful. It just needs a boost from you for your own good.
Now that you have known how to deal with anger, you will be able to dissolve it. This means, you won’t hurt anyone nor become violent too. Your energy will not be wasted in your shouting or in your actions. You will remain calm in any situations and this is your true nature.
